Parish Hall
The Parish Hall ( NR21 7NR, situated next to St. Mary's Church ) is owned by Colkirk Parish Council and is run on their behalf by a voluntary Management Committee. The committee is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building and for bookings.
The committee also organises fund raising events and applies for grants to help raise money to pay for the upkeep of the hall and to make improvements.
The Pre-School is a daily user of the Hall during term time
and the following organisations also meet at the Hall:

Charges for hire of hall
Main Hall is licensed for:
80 people seated at tables and
110 people seated as an audience at performances
Regular Users
Main Hall Size - 12.9m x 6.7m £5.15 per hour
Bar Lounge Size - 23 sq. m. £6.30 per hour
Upstairs Committee Room £4.60 per hour
Occasional Users
Main Hall Size - 12.9m x 6.7m £7.55 per hour
Bar Lounge Size - 23 sq. m. £6.30 per hour
Main Hall + Bar Lounge £13.20 per hour
Upstairs Committee Room £4.60 per hour
All rates include the use of chairs, tables, kitchen ( no cooker at present ), crockery and glassware.
One half hour will be free of charge for preparation and the same for clearing up.
These charges came into operation on 1st October 2011
Note:
Due to Ofsted regulations, no bookings can be taken for any part of the premises
during the times that Pre-School is in operation
The Hall is used for Public Meetings including the Annual Parish Meeting.
It is also used by the School and as a Polling Station.
The hall is available for hire for special events such as wedding receptions, anniversaries and birthday parties.
