The Village Hall ( NR21 7NR, situated next to St. Mary's Church ) is owned by the community and has been managed, on behalf of the Parish Council, by a voluntary body, The Village Hall Management Committee. The committee is responsible for maintenance of the fabric of the building and for arrangement of lettings.
Fund raising and revenue from lettings provide part of the funds needed to maintain the building, which, from time to time have been supplemented by grants for major projects.
The Hall is in regular use by a number of organisations within the community and from the surrounding neighbourhood.
The Pre-School Learning Alliance is a daily user of the Hall during term time and the following organisations meet at the Hall:
Yoga
The Hall is used for Public Meetings including the Annual Parish Meeting.
It is also used by the School and as a Polling Station.
