
The Colkirk St John Ambulance Division was started over 10 years ago by Terry Gage(Divisional Superintendent) and himself a member of St John for over 20 years.
Wanda Myhill is leader of the Badgers, the branch of St John for 5-10 year olds. These younger members do a range of badges leading towards their Super Badger award.
Donna Myhill, Wanda's twin sister, is leader of the Cadets for 10-18 year olds. Cadets also do proficiency badges leading to the Grand Prior award.
Terry, Wanda and Donna are all authorised trainers.
The Colkirk Division currently has about 8 Badgers ,8 Cadets and 6 adult members.
Members provide first aid at a wide range of local events including village fetes, shows at Cromer Pier and sporting events.
More members are very welcome! You can join St John as young as 5 years and there is no upper age limit.
We meet at Colkirk Village Hall on Mondays.
Badgers and Cadets meet from 6:00- 7:30pm; adults from 7:30-9;00pm. If you would like to join or just find out more, come along at the above times or call Terry Gage on 01328 855349.
