Pilates

Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for people of all ages and all forms of fitness.

It is a holistic nature that creates awareness in one's own body and focusing on: Posture, Core strength, Flexibility, Strengthening Muscles, Breathing Technique, Concentration and Relaxation.
 

I have been practicing Pilates for over 16 years and subsequently qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher (http://www.bodycontrolpilates.com/shop/index.html) in London at their centre in Holborn.

Since qualifying, I have gained further qualifications in Pilates for: Beginners/ Intermediate, Bone Health and teaching Pilates to Older Adults
 

I am constantly updating my knowledge, attending many courses in London, such as Pilates for Posture,

 Pre and Post Hip Pilates, and Pilates on the Ball. 


 

Pilates mat classes are available at: 
 

Colkirk, Tuesdays, 6 - 7pm
 

 Fakenham, Mondays, 9.30 -10.30am
 

Gunthorpe, Mondays, 2.30 - 3.30pm
 

Kelling, Wednesdays, 1.15 - 2.15pm
 

I also teach privately, 1-1 and 1-2 at Gunthorpe
