This small group of singers was formed in 1976 and takes it's name from an almost deserted village near Colkirk and is central to where most of the original members come from. Today's members come from a wider area of mid-Norfolk.
Their music reflects their taste for the best in small scale choral music from the last five centuries - mostly unaccompanied motets, anthems, madrigals, part songs and folk songs, ranging from Byrd and Palastrina to Britten.
Fund raising concerts have been given in many Norfolk churches, together with other venues in the region and in London.
At present we have 18 singers and our conductor is Gill Smith. MA. GRSM. LRAM.
We meet on a Wednesday evening in the Village Hall.
